We provide corporate and private event planning, coordination, and management services. Specific details of each project or event will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payment: All services are invoiced and payable upfront before event planning begins.

Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable.

Transfers: Bookings may be transferred to another event up to 2 months prior to the original event date, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred (e.g., supplier deposits or materials).

Late Changes: Changes made less than 2 months before the event date may result in additional costs.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information needed for event delivery.

Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or approvals related to your event.

Ensure all guests and participants follow venue and safety guidelines.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure events run smoothly, Gen-R8 Events shall not be held liable for:

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or supplier failure).

Indirect or consequential losses arising from any delay or cancellation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the affected event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, and branding) is owned by or licensed to Gen-R8 Events. It may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
